We all make a lot of resolutions this time of year. I hope that self-care is part of yours. Taking better care of yourself is not just about diet and exercise (although those are the biggest, most common resolutions). It’s also about taking care you. Meaning mind, body, and spirit. What you eat and how much you exercise definitely effect your overall well being. But bodywork — whether it’s massage, yoga, or chiropractic — is an essential part of well feeling and being better. Don’t neglect this part of your wellness process, however you choose to go about it.
