Art of Massage Chicago requires at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancelations. Please only book an appointment if you can make the scheduled day and time. No-show appointments cost time and money.
Redeeming a gift certificate or other voucher: If a client fails to show for a session without prior cancellation notice, this automatically forfeits the session.

Appointments are booked in good faith and we ask that you only make an appointment if you are 100% you can make it.
