Jeff Ramone, Owner/Licensed Massage Therapist

Jeff Ramone has been massaging the City of Big Shoulders for over a decade. A 2004 graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, Jeff completed over 700 hours of classroom instruction (lecture and hands-on practical), student clinic, and community outreach and has given over 11,000 massages since 2004.

After six and a half years as a staff massage therapist at Urban Oasis Massage Spa, Jeff launched Art of Massage Chicago where he has be successfully practicing since 2010.

Angelita Jacala, Licensed Massage Therapist/Bodywork Specialist

Angie is a 2004 graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. She has completed over 2000 hours of education and training in the Healing Arts and specializes in both Western and Eastern approaches to bodywork, acknowledging both the physical and energetic aspects of the human body. Her passion lies in supporting her clients in feeling more connected and more functional in their bodies. Angie is a certified medical massage practitioner, a certified prenatal massage therapist, a trained holistic health practitioner and is Level 2 Usui Reiki certified. She has been an instructor of massage therapy at the World School of Massage and Holistic Healing Arts (San Francisco, CA), Everest College (Los Angeles, CA) and National Holistic Institute (Bay Area, CA). Angie most recently became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in order to continue supporting her clients’, as well as her own, goals of optimal wellness and well-being. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Angie worked as a high school mathematics teacher and as a computer software developer. She holds two bachelor of science degrees in the Teaching of Mathematics and in Information Technology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and DeVry University Chicago, respectively. She came upon massage therapy as a profession after setting her intentions to heal herself and to do her part to help heal the world.
